What are points and how do they work?
KOR Score is a way for everyone to participate in building the community or KOR Protocol. Whether you are a creator, developer, collector or simply an enthusiast who wants to join the movement, engaging in the network will be rewarding. It all begins with the KOR Score.
In the immediate term, earn KOR Score by:
Referrals
Taking part in IP based quests and challenges
Creating and remixing IP-based assets
Holding Collections
Staking Premium NFTs
Developing products using KOR Tools
In time, further opportunities to earn include participating in hackathons to help build the protocol, bringing your community to compete and collaborate for milestone rewards, and sharing user generated content (created on the protocol) with the world.
Your KOR Score reflects your engagement and reputation across different activities in the KOR Ecosystem. Let's look at some of the ways that KOR Score is calculated:
Referrals to KOR Protocol. This can be the most valuable and scalable way to earn. Invitees must be verified on the KOR Protocol for a KOR Score to be earned.
Quests. The KOR Score earned for each activity is displayed on the Quest Dashboard. Quests vary based on the effort and engagement level required to complete them.
Staking premium NFTs* Black Mirror Smile Pass and Founder's pass.
Holding eligible Collections*, to be announced regularly, and currently including Black Mirror Smile ID, Codex (from mau5trap), BeatKOR (by Beatport), Beatport Expansion Pack and BroadKOR (by Broadside).
Users who have previously accumulated points in dApps such as KORUS and the Black Mirror Experience will have those points converted to KOR Score.
*The wallet connected to the KOR Protocol must contain the unlisted NFTs in order to earn a KOR Score for them.
Each time you log in, your current score is calculated and displayed.
